"How To Use Motivation-Based Interviewing To Assess Your Candidate's 'Attitude'!"

Harvard Business School research determined the key to success was 93% "attitude" while skill, IQ
and knowledge combined only added up to a 7% contribution. So why then are we so
focused on hiring candidates based on their skill level alone?

This session explains exactly what attitude is and the powerful role it plays in job performance and success. It also includes an introduction to motivation-based interviewing and a fun exercise using music clips to assess attitude. This is a session you’re not going want to miss as you will walk away with a powerful interviewing technique that will enable you to improve your organization's quality-of-hire.

Please keep reading as NNHRA is excited to offer something new that has not been done in the history of our chapter!

    Drum roll please....
