The Nevada State Council of SHRM collects information that you voluntarily provide including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, email address, home address, employer, job position and credit card information. We do not provide this information to any third party unless 1) we are given a court order requiring us to produce this information or 2) in the event of a serious threat to life we may provide the information to an agency of the government, or 3) we provide it to a credit card agency to process your credit card charge. We only use this information to 1) contact you about various Nevada State Council of SHRM activities and 2) process charges for Nevada State Council of SHRM activities you have made to your credit card. We do not sell information about you to anyone.
