The new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Poster

    The new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Poster was supposed to be posted today, March 12, 2013, by all employers for which the act is applicable. In our continued efforts to keep you and your organization up to date on the ever-changing area of employment law, we have attached a PDF of the new poster, which needs to be posted in an area visible and accessible to all employees.     FMLA applies to businesses with 50 or more employees, along with companies that employed 50 or more employees in 20 or more work weeks in the current or preceding calendar year. In addition, FMLA applies to all public agencies, including local, state, and federal employers; large companies; and school administrations.
