Drama in the workplace is a result of employees who don’t have the emotional fitness to be responsible with their emotions. Instead, they “leak” their emotions on others.
What would it be like to increase retention, create a more engaging and productive work environment, and return to a sense of calm? Emotional Fitness, like physical fitness, is a skill that can be developed.
With interactive discussions and a worksheet for notes, attendees will:
- Describe the behaviors and mindset of people who practice Emotional Fitness
- Identify self-regulation strategies to prevent getting derailed in public
- Walk through 5 self-awareness steps to handle strong emotions brought on by stress
- Explore ways to share simple yet profound skills with your employees to help them develop Emotional Fitness
The use of this seal confirms that this activity has met HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval of (1) credit each.
