    Tony Golden is one of the founding partners of the Garg Golden Law Firm.  Tony is a trusted adviser to private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship.  He assists clients in preventative measures by providing training on best practices in hiring, discipline, and discharge, investigating harassment and discrimination claims, and crafting effective workplace policies.

    He also has a proven track record of successfully representing employers in administrative claims and lawsuits involving minimum wage and overtime, discrimination and harassment, non-compete agreements, and trade secrets.

     Brian Bradford, Associate at Ogletree - 

    Brian Bradford is an attorney with the law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. He has represented clients in the financial services, retail, real estate, gaming and hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, and government contractor industries. Mr. Bradford has handled investigations of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, as well as employment litigation in state and federal courts. He has successfully represented clients in jury trials, as well as bench trials. Mr. Bradford is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section; Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee), National Employment Law Council, Nevada State SHRM Council, and the State Bar of Nevada (Employment Law Section). He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the Nevada Supreme Court. Mr. Bradford earned his B.S. degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and his J.D. degree from William S. Boyd School of Law.
